Event Description

Bring your pets for a day of family fun and come out for the biggest animal event of the year, Saturday, October 10th 2009 at pet friendly Broad Ripple Park.

A day filled with live blues music, contests, face painting, interactive shows, educational speakers, pet care demonstrations. Make sure to come hungry for all of your summertime favorites!

Only $5 dollars at the gate, 10 and under free, or bring a bag of pet food for free admission.

Supporting local abused, abandoned, and sheltered animals, Paws in the Park will bring together the most active Indianapolis metro area animal organizations and vendors who will be providing adoptions, low cost vaccinations, low cost spay and neuter, and all kinds of pet goodies.

If you can’t join us for this fun event and want to support our cause, bring a bag of pet food or supplies to our PODS donation drive-thru October 10th at Broad Ripple Park.

This sounds like a really fun event, but the only "broad ripple" I feel comfortable around is the one I make walking in my creek at the farm.
