Stay up-to-date on Indiana's NEW pet-friendly license plate. It's expected to go on sale in 2011. Proceeds will benefit Spay Neuter Services of Indiana. The non-profit group subsidizes spay/neuter surgeries for low-income Indiana residents.See More
