- Hello LOLA! We have a wonderful Rehabilition and Education Facility in the Hope area... it's called UTOPIA. (Rumor has it... the name means Up To Our Pits In Animals!) They have a bald eagle and other critters. A lovely couple runs the facility. Worthy of a story... -Larry
