- How have your pet(s) changed your life for the better?
- Maiyuka has been my closest companion for five years now. She has been the nicest, most tolerant cat I've ever known and turned me into a cat lover. Any time I even feel a little sad she insistently gets into my lap and pushes her head into my hand to be pet until I feel better again. She just knows me.
Echo is a recent addition to our home and he has already worked his way deep into my heart. He has been deaf since birth, but you wouldn't even know it with his confidence and calm. He loves going to work with me every day and makes me smile just looking at him.
- What's the strangest/cutest habit your pet(s) have?
- I call Maiyuka my lil butt kitty cus she has had the habit of always climbing to sleep across your thighs if you even lay on your tummy for one second. She also has the cutest sleepy face, and if you turn your head and say her name really high after she just woke up, she will chirp and turn her head till she flips onto her back for you to pet her belly.
Echo has a hilarious fascination with shadows. He will run up to one, stare at it, then rear up and pounce down onto it, like he thinks he can stomp it out. He is also a very grumpy sleeper and will take five minutes of just stretching,crawling,yawning, groaning, and rolling around the house in the morning...heh, sounds like he is a lot like me!
