Misty Eyes' First Rescue Is A Survivor

This is Adam, he is Misty Eyes Dog Shelter & Learning Center's first official rescue.  Adam is a young fellow and didn't get off to a very good start in life.  With his friendly and lovable personality you would never know the sadness and hardship he has already experienced.  Adam spent his life outside, and when his owners moved they tied him to a tree and left.  He managed to survive and is  now bathed, vaccinated and neutered.  We hope to find Adam the loving family he so much deserves in time for the holidays.  Adam is great with kids and other dogs but shouldn't be in a home with cats.   He will need to learn some home manners but he has proven himself to be a very smart dog and a very fast learner.  If you are interested in adopting Adam please contact Cherie@MistyEyes.org.

Indiana’s Weather For Wednesday

seven-day-indy-scaled
Take a deep breath. We are finished with the 80′s and 90′s for the rest of the week and at least half the weekend. Expect breezy, dry west to northwest winds today and a good dose of sunshine. The mix tomorrow will be mostly clouds, and we’ve got a decent shot at wonderfully wet, widespread [...]
