Homeward Bound is our annual campaign to get our longest residing pets into a home by Christmas. The Featured 50 are the 25 cats and 25 dogs who have waited the longest or have the most urgent need for a home at the Humane Society for Hamilton County. Their adoptions fees are just $50 in December!
If you adopt any featured animal who is 10 yrs or older, a generous donor will con- tribute $50 to the shelter. Plus, the prize packages below will be given away to one dog adopter and one cat adopter of any animal on the Featured 50 list.

For cats it would be Ellie. Ellie needs a warm lap to sleep on...all the time.
Oh no! It’s very possible the poor guy has a tummyache. Maybe his prepared kibble is giving him some acid reflux? But, it could also be a hiatal hernia, which is a weakness of the diaphragm that allows a bubble from the stomach to come up into the chest cavity.
